OLs

Once a pupil leaves Lancing, they become an OL. As OLs, they are part of an invaluable social and professional network, which includes Lancing Linked – an online platform to help them to stay in touch with their peers and other OLs. The OL Club holds three annual events: the Young OLs reception, the summer reception, and the OL Carol Service. They also collaborate with the Foundation Office to part fund year group and house reunions for OLs. OL sports teams are continually active and provide a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends.

OLs are also invited to participate in school events such as University Ambassadors and My Future. University Ambassadors are recent leavers who come back to share their university experiences with current pupils. My Future focuses on eight different career options from Third Form through to Sixth Form, and OLs from across the decades come to the College to interact with small groups of pupils and talk about their profession.
