Fee rates for the following academic year are considered by the Governing body and are notified to parents towards the end of June annually.
Included in the termly fees are academic books, all meals, usual laundry (excluding dry cleaning) and personal accident insurance.
Additional charges are made for certain extras such as transport, school trips, visa compliance, examination fees etc.
Invoicing and Payment of Fees
Fees are invoiced termly in advance and are due for payment on or before the first day of each term. Any additional charges will be invoiced termly in arrears with the exception of school trips where we use a platform called Evolve to provide information, sign up and make payment.
Invoices for the first term (Advent Term) are normally issued during the first week of August and are published via the Parental Portal. You will receive an email notification when they are published. You will need to sign in to the Parent Portal, activating it, before invoices can be published. You will receive an email explaining how to do this.
Payment can be made via cheque, online bank transfer, direct debit (UK bank account only), UK debit card or for overseas parents via a secure payment facility. Full details are on the fees page of the website but please note the following:
- If you want to pay the first terms fees via Direct Debit, the forms need to be returned by 13 June. You can join the scheme in future terms, but this is the deadline for the first term.
- We offer three, opt in, pupil schemes, the Axa Heath Scheme, the Pupils’ Personal Effects Scheme and the Pupil Absence Insurance Scheme. Details of the scheme, including how to apply can be found below. Applications for the first term need to be submitted before 13 June.
- Fraud is an increasing risk when paying school fees and it is important that parents consider this when making a payment, particularly for the first time. Fraud guidance and bank details can be found on the website. Fraudsters can be very convincing, and you should treat any invoices received via email as potentially fraudulent and always check with the College before paying.
Further information can be found here along with details of the school’s terms and conditions.
